    • Synopsis
    • In the early 50s, a group of men and women, some of them hiding after having been part of the Nazi army, met in Bariloche, Argentina, and initiated a unique cinematic movement: the Argentine Mountain Films.

In just five years, the head of the group, Gustav "Guzzi" Lantschner, an ex skier, actor and cameraman for Leni Riefenstahl, directed several amazing documentaries and a feature film called "Snow Song". Inspired by German-Austrian tyrol cinema, "Snow Song" did not meet the success Lanthschner was hoping for and the film vanished in oblivion.

In 2014, a copy of the film and of some indredible documentaries were found in a cellar in Bariloche.
