    • Spiti is a Tibetan valley remained untouched by Maoist persecution. Located in the heart of Indian Himalaya at the eight of 3600m, this "Little Tibet" is living a new golden age. Spiti has remained unspoiled by modernity thanks to local wisdom and Indian protection and policy. We traveled with old pictures and videos shot in 1933 by prof. G.Tucci. Improvised theaters were set in each village and monastery. Spitians opened their houses and temples showing old treasures. We were allowed to film sacred ceremonies and daily life and we realized why it is Dalai Lama favourite mountain retreat.
