    • Synopsis
    • Tomás Lipán is an artist who has traveled the world, carrying with him the colors and sounds of his native Jujuy. His life takes place between two spaces: his land in Jujuy and the stages of the big cities. Through his music and his presence, Lipán presents himself as a local and a traveler, a troubadour who carries the essence and the wisdom of his land.

The film introduces us to an intimate dialogue between Tomás Lipán and a carnival devil, a magical and reflective encounter that transcends the barriers of time and space. An encounter that takes on different forms and backgrounds according to the themes that run through his life and music. In this conversation, Lipán sings about his childhood, music, love, life, death, friendship and carnival. The film includes images and songs produced especially for the occasion, recorded among the rituals and emblematic places of Tomás Lipán's life (Quebrada, Puna, cities, theaters, peñas) and filmed with textures in Super 8 and digital format, which gives it a unique cinematographic experience.
