    • Synopsis
    • Encouraged by Pocho's impulse and constant enthusiasm, a group of elderly people get together three times a week to do physical activity.
Pocho (74) gives gymnastics his particular stamp: He makes elements to do aerobic work, he constantly reinvents his activities, he hums songs to show the rhythm of each exercise, he plays some music to make people stretch while dancing, and mainly, he asks the group full dedication and enjoyment.
The narration shows the activity of the group and it connects with Pocho's endless everyday activities; with his aims and with his memories. On the other side, the narration separates itself into different stories of people who do gymnastics.
The zeal and the personal looks of the different characters and also the facts which mark a change in their lives are shown in the narrations and they are revealed through the objects which are chosen by these people. Those things are traces of their travels and their experiences.
Those lines of stories make us to know singular worlds and they invite us to make up our own ways within the fragmented stories.
