    • Synopsis
    • La Rabia is a film about violence. The flesh, the bodies, the land; everything speaks that language.
Survival forces parents to use violence against Nature. Their children, to survive, force their luck and their fantasy in search of a refuge which is always uncertain.
A little girl, unable to speak, a little boy attempting to protect her, are set off against the violent beauty of the open country and come to face a calamity that overwhelms them. The feverish imagination of childhood and the awkward copy of learned gestures provide useless short cuts to escape from the road that leads them back to the starting point, a territory of violence, the domains of La Rabia.
