    • Synopsis
    • Nadi is infatuated with music, but her authoritarian and traditional father wants no music in his house and repeatedly forces her to abandon her love of music. The father, a carpet salesman, would like his daughter to study business and help him with his shop bookkeeping, but Nadi is in a totally different world and strong headedly evades her father’s dictates because she is under the spell of her passion for music.
      Nadi’s mother is torn between her husband and her daughter, but more or less condones her husband’s strict conduct with Nadi. Fortunately for Nadi, her grandfather who lives with them, is also a music lover. With the help of her grandfather Nadi manages to study music and learn to play the guitar, and soon discovers that she can also compose music.
      While her parents are away on a trip, she organizes a big birthday party for her grandfather and wants to give a concert with her musician friends, performing a new piece she has composed called “Be My Friend” , but her friends do not come, the police have been warned and land in the party, and her parents prematurely arrive, until…
