    • Synopsis
    • While Chile was living through one of the cruelest dictatorships to ever ravage Latin America, some considered what many thought impossible: To kill the tyrant. To kill Augusto Pinochet.

      Years after the assassination attempt, Tamara sets out on a journey to Valparaíso with Comandante Ramiro, her comrade-in-arms. Along the way, the two try to unravel the puzzle behind the ambush against Pinochet; they confront their demons and regrets, triumphs and failures, the plot to eliminate the dictator once and for all and the betrayals that marked the failure of the Operation.

      Inspired by real events, Matar a Pinochet builds a gripping journey through a story of loyalties, intrigue and death marked by danger and paranoia, mixing action thriller and espionage with the intimate drama of Tamara, a woman willing to lose everything to rescue a country that will end up destroying her completely.
