    • fter her Divine Comedy, a previous sonic journey through European mythology, novelist Amélie Nothomb takes us on a deeply personal exploration in the second season of her audio series, this time to the Japan of her childhood, with its myths, rituals, and cultural heritage.

In this 10-episode audio documentary (4h40), enriched with binaural sound, we delve into Japanese myths and spirituality alongside her. With experts, she introduces us to the ways of the kamis in Shintoism, the paths of Buddhism and Zen, the samurai traditions, and the arts. She then guides us under the blossoms of the floating world, that ephemeral realm in which we all live.
