      "It's Our Turn to Eat" is the true story of John Githongo, a dynamic, idealistic former journalist and activist who is tapped to head the anti-corruption department of Kenya's newly elected and massively popular government.
      But things take a nasty turn when he discovers that the very people he had entrusted with his hopes and dreams for reform are the ones pulling the strings of graft in the shadows. He makes the difficult decision to turn against his own kind and bring to light a $50 million corruption scandal. After his reputation is smeared and under serious threats to his life, he flees to London - taking with him secret recordings implicating the upper echelons of the Kenyan government.
      In a historic tell-all televised interview with the BBC, Githongo reveals the extent of the scandal, becoming the highest-ranking African official to blow the whistle against his own government.
