- Synopsis
- Island Blue tells the magical adventure of Valentine, a 9-year-old boy whose mother, injured in a car crash, hovers between life and death. The trauma of the accident has revealed Valentine’s ability to talk the language of the animals. Evading his wicked aunt Lavinia, Valentine escapes to a secret island where the animals promise to help him devise a cure. They only need one last secret ingredient from the North Pole, which will turn the potion an unearthly blue. With the help of his newfound friends, Valentine embarks on an extraordinary journey to find the remedy.
