- Synopsis
- HEROINE is the story of a mere handful of parents who wage an epic battle against those with political and economic power, as well as a large part of society, as they fight to convince them that drug-addicts are the victims, not the cause of, the cruelest of contemporary epidemics. It is also the story of an extraordinary woman's brave battle against those in power and society as a whole as she fights and manages to change their views about drugs, drug-addicts and drug trafficking. But she is unable to change what she cares about most; her son's fate.
