    • Synopsis
    • Gordon Small has a new job at Heaven, publisher of fine romance novels. A failed writer himself, Gordon doesn’t like romance novels, but it’s a job.
Soon, however, he notices that things are a bit strange and before long realizes the truth – everyone in Heaven is dead.
When Gordon discovers a portal through which Heaven’s books get to the real world, he decides to leave a legacy – mostly to get back at his ex-wife whom he blames for his failure. He writes his own story and secretly inserts it into one of the romance novels. And then all hell breaks loose. Gordon convinces his co-workers to plunge through the portal and rectify their earthly mistakes but they get stuck. Lillian, head honcho at Heaven, finds a way to bring them back, but gives them a choice – forget what they found out and stay or leave Heaven. Gordon must decide.
