    • Synopsis
    • Ismini is in her early 30s. She is cultivated, delicate, sensitive and… emotionally handicapped. She has developed a simplistic system of defence to protect her emotions: no one is to come near. It is exactly the moment when this collapses that unsophisticated, simple, impolite, aggressive and greatly passionate Haris falls into her way.
Ismini teaches child psychology at university. She also works with 6-year-old Panos, whose parents have decided that he needs professional help. Ismini picks Panos up from his bus stop every day after school. Haris gets a job as the driver of the school bus. Haris falls in love with Ismini the first day they meet. He announces it to her on the second day. On the third, he already knows she is the woman he wants to spend his life with. Ismini is appalled by him. He is the kind of person that she would normally cross the road to avoid.
In the days to come, and although they constantly stumble upon the differences of their backgrounds and personalities, they will both dare what they are ultimately afraid of abandoning the safe shelters they have built around them and will realize their chance for true connection with one another.
