    • Synopsis
    • Starting from the apocalypse (1st story), we will see how different groups of survivors face the disaster and slowly recover from shock, while they try, at the same time, to secure the future of human species. Whether this future will be better or worse will depend on who survives and what values and priorities are established.

Over the course of twenty years (one generation), we will see how different groups of survivors try to move forward. With them, we will rediscover the values that define us as humans and that, in whatever context, make us what we are, going back to our essence as a species and being offered the opportunity to start again after having learned from the mistakes of the past ... or not.

The shadow of the old society will hang over the survivors and lead them to consider certain things that, as humans we´ve done wrong and have led us to destruction.

Genesis is a dark comedy that, building on extreme, specific situations makes a strong criticism of our society, our lifestyle and the prevalent values in the world today. It offers a glimpse of the kind of future we can expect if we keep behaving in the way we do.

Dark humour, violence, horror, thriller, love and absurdity bump into each other in six stories that, in the end, reflect us as a species and make us think about who we are, where we have arrived and where we are heading, but always leave us with a smile on our face.
