    • Synopsis
    • It’s been a while since SATURDAY has been home. It’s not only because he is a hitman, but, well, it’s a factor. As far as hitman gigs go though, working for GE is pretty good, actually. First of all, the E stands for execution. Here’s how that works: A super advanced AI computer picks the ideal hitman for each job. I mean, no one actually knows every language and every city perfectly, you know? Think globally, act locally, etc. So, that’s nice. There is the part though, where if an assassin fails to pull the trigger within one week, he is killed by another hitman and the money is returned to the customers.
The G does not stand for goodwill, but Goodwill is very important in any business. If you take one thing away from this, um, let that be it.
Saturday gets two jobs. Friday wants to kill Sunday and vice versa. Yes, brothers.
Why? Saturday doesn’t know that yet – he’s got bigger things to worry about.
Bigger than his brothers trying to get him to murder each other?
Yes. He just got news that his parents, his very cautious parents, had just been in a car accident.
Saturday and his brothers come home.
Let’s skip the fighting, the car chases, the robot assassins learning how to become the perfect assassins for every job so they can replace training and maintaining a huge stable of assassins so that GE saves massive amount of money, etc. Let’s skip all that. Let’s talk about love.
I mean, what else could be the reason? The parents of the brothers were hitman, too (typical) and the backup hitwoman on the job. They fell in love, dropped the hit and ran away. GE had been chasing them every since. That car accident you heard about earlier was all lies – don’t believe everything you read.
Saturday’s brothers didn’t know how else to get in touch with him. So, they took out hits on each other, knowing that the only reason their brother would come back home would be to save them or kill them.
Between you and me, the rest is pretty cliché: Take on world’s most advanced hitman company to save your parents and your brothers with just a talking gun blah blah blah … oh, did I mention there is a talking gun? There is a talking gun.
