    • Capitalism is the driving forcing of our society. The majority of us have at least some portion of our daily lives involved with selling and commerce. Even if we don’t, then we are all sales people in one form or another, selling our time for our salary, selling our opinions, selling our knowledge.
Yet ask most people to picture a ‘salesman’ and they think of Willy Loman, the guys from Glengarry Glen Ross or poor old Gil from the Simpsons. Sales people who are full of tricks and techniques, looking to score a big sale out of a sucker.
Over the next few years the companies that survive, succeed and prosper will do so by bringing back the art of selling. But what will the new style of selling be like?
Can you be successful in sales and honest at the same time? How would you do this? Who is doing this already? What do they do? Do we need a new term? Will we all become sales people?
