- Professor Jeng and his fellow students have dreams to fly high and run fast with their hand-made vehicles. They insist that classroom learn knowledge should be applied to workshop built products. In 2005, their new born “baby” FORMOSUN III, a world-class solar car, is ready to enter World Solar Challenge held in Australia. It is a 3,000 kilometers journey from Darwin to Adelaide. Efficient vehicle, good team work, and under constant sunshine are the keys to win in this game. They are underdog, but their determination to win as a group is untouchable.
