Why has there never been a film on a French president currently in office? Ten years after the first film critical of the media, "Pas vu, pas pris", Pierre Carles, alias "Carlos Pedro", and his colleagues are back on duty. Starting point of their inquiry: the absence of reportages, documentaries or telefilms about TF1, from its privatization in 1987 to the advent of Nicolas Sarkozy in 2007, thanks to his special links with Bouygues. They talk to those who have managed French television these past 30 years. With the firm intention of not being taken in and in raising questions about the deeper reasons why these big cats of television cling to power.
