    • Synopsis
    • American scientist JACOB COLE believes he finally has proof that mysterious “charged particles” can influence biological matter on a molecular level. To celebrate he plans to bring in the New Year with his Norwegian girlfriend SOFIA and some friends visiting from the States. As his friends arrive in town, they find the locals spooked by the recent murder of a young couple.

Jacob introduces his American friends to Sofia and shows them what he’s been working on. Sofia tells of various Scandinavian myths and legends formed around the “Northern Lights” and how this could be their origin.

That night word spreads of a sighting of a Masked Man. What at first seems like a false alarm, becomes a nightmare when the killer emerges from the snow and viciously kills several locals. Our group look on in horror as the police arrive and open fire, only for the masked man to walk away unaffected.

While the police make sure the streets are clear, everyone’s on lockdown in a local bar. A search for the truth begins and the group uncover the hidden history of a reclusive mountain climber who seemingly lost his mind and went on a brutal killing spree decades earlier.

With the new murders taking place beneath the recently supercharged northern lights, it’s not long before they are tied to Jacob’s theories about the Aurora Borealis and now THE DRAVEN is on their trail too. DRAVEN is a horror movie full of twists, turns and violent delights. All set against an iconic snow-swept landscape.
