    • Synopsis
    • 26 people are living in Doel - and they will not be moving anywhere. Not even though everyone else is telling them how hopeless their beloved ghost town is. Vandalised, dilapidated and an ironic sightseeing spot for urban explorers, car nerds and Dutch techno ravers.
Doel is squeezed in between an industrial port and a nuclear power plant, and since the 1960s the government has wanted to shut down the city to make room for a container park in the name of globalization. But the citizens will not give up.
