- Synopsis
- Amparo lives in the paramo of the Andes with her mother and sister, after escaping a turbulent life in the city of Quito when she was just a child. One night, a group of men kill her mother and kidnap her sister. She manages to escape and with the help of a shaman from the Andes, she decides to embark on a trip to the city in search of her sister and avenge the death of her mother.
