- Synopsis
- After being kicked out of the military when a failed mission results in the death of half his SEAL team, Thomas has a new life as ship’s crew the Blue Marlin - a heavy lift ship that is hired by the US Navy to transport their new semi-submersible rig, the SBX-2. The SBX-2 is secretly equipped with the Navy’s newest and most deadly weapon system.
  
  When terrorists take over the Blue Marlin and the SBX-2, the world is at the mercy of a mobile weapon system that can destroy any city on half the planet, unchallenged. While the Pentagon scrambles to come up with a viable plan to defeat the terrorists, Thomas teams up with Blue Marlin captain, Bernhard, to try to find out what is going on and to help the Pentagon defeat the bad guys.
  
  While the Pentagon goes ahead with their secret plan of inserting a SEAL team to take down the weapon system from within the SBX-2, Thomas goes ahead with his own plan of helping the original captain of the SBX-2 - who is being forced to help the terrorists - shut down the system. When Thomas’s plan fails, he must step aside and let the SEALs do their job of taking down the SBX-2.
  
  However when the lives of the hostages are not the priority of the SEAL team and the Pentagon’s plan looks to fail, Thomas takes action to save the hostages and assist the SEAL team in killing the terrorists. With an ICBM missile on its way and a maniac willing to destroy the west coast of the United States, time is running out for Thomas and the SEAL team. They must get past their bad blood and work together if they are to save the day and prevent the SBX-2 from getting into the hands of the Chinese.
