    • Synopsis
    • Owen Lockhart, a 28-year-old millionaire, whiles away the hours in his high-rise New York office browsing the net and keeping up with the status of Chipping Campden FC, a local English football team. Seven years earlier, while travelling, he stumbled across this quaint English town, and it was there that he was introduced to British football and a girl that took his breath away. The day he walked into the town it was deserted - everyone was at the FA Cup Final where Chipping Campden played out of their socks to gain an extraordinary victory. But now, the team has fallen on hard times and is on the verge of relegation to the Conference League. Owen puts his whole fortune into buying the club and travels to England with his executive assistant to manage the team. But the methods of a young, New York millionaire, who has never kicked a football, do not exactly match the hearts and desires of a traditional, rustic English town.
