- The most recognized Uruguayan filmmaker in the world, César Charlone, returns to his homeland after 30 years. It brings 200 hours of unpublished material, an intimate record of the Brazilian politician Fernando Haddad, whom he accompanied for 2 years until the day he lost the national elections against the far-right candidate: Jair Bolsonaro. A particular look, a powerful story about the political, social and cultural drift of Brazil. A kaleidoscopic vision of the world political context that contains it as a reference and central axis. César accompanies Haddad on this trip as political scientists, historians, campaign managers and communicators try to put together this impossible puzzle, seeking to decipher why Brazil is today the epicenter of the pandemic in the world.
