    • Synopsis
    • In a shoebox flat on the seventeenth floor of a tower block, Reuben prepares a birthday party for his partner Harry. You see, Reuben is charismatic, joyful but above all a romantic. Today he is preparing to shower his boyfriend with a room full of their nearest and dearest, with a themed costume party. However, when Reuben starts hearing violent noises from the couple living next door, his morbid curiosity takes over.

Harry deeply loves his boyfriend Reuben, but after being humiliated by a failed birthday party, many drinks consumed, and wearing a fancy dress costume of a comic book villain, Harry hurts the one person he never thought he would. Though racked with guilt and shame, Harry shows us that none of us truly knows what we are capable of.

For Reuben he comes to realise that violence isn’t always on the outside, sometimes it’s with us all along.
