    • Catalonia, 2015. Whereas the rural exodus affects most of the developing countries, in the kingdom of Spain, given the economic crisis, this phenomenon is experienced as well: people return to the countryside. Each day closer to their independence from the Spain state, Catalonia is a perfect example of how the city exodus takes place. A generation regardless of age, exile the ruined Iberian system; they go back following the direction of the footprints left behind a while ago where other generations migrated from, to an abandoned agriculture. This film is about this generation encounters and the city dream.
“Detrás de la Utopía” is a documentary based on the urban and countryside exodus of Aurora, Gemma, Jesús and Toni.
