- Synopsis
- ASTRO is the sci-fi action film that everyone will be talking about in 2017. Starring action star Gary Daniels and supported by Michael Pare, Louis Mandylor and Dominique Swain, ASTRO is about an eccentric billionaire's private spacecraft that returns to Earth with an abducted extraterrestrial that has a DNA match with a human on earth. The problem is that the billionaire is trying to force the wrong Special Forces soldier into being a lab experiment.
  In 1988, after suffering complete paralysis from a severe spine fracture during a secret special forces black op, 28 year old Alex Biggs is visited at the hospital by his late father's anti-aging, mysterious ex-partner, Viktor Khol, who promises to miraculously revive Alex overnight of his paralysis with a single surgery and a new chance at life.
  
  Almost three decades later in 2018, a much older Alex Biggs is now a self-made billionaire within a group of world elites linked to the 1947 Roswell UFO incident, led by Viktor, who are seeking answers that are beyond this world.
  
  After a private space expedition, Biggs' top secret space-craft returns to earth with an abducted extra-terrestrial being on board. Soon after the spacecraft returns to their secret underground facility, the group of elite scientists hired by Biggs discover that the alien’s DNA matches a former Special Forces soldier Jack Adams.
  
  Jack is living off the grid in the mountains of New Mexico. Biggs and this team track him down, and Biggs manipulates Jack into joining him for a new top-secret mission at his underground secret facility. Jack is intrigued in Biggs’ pitch, that they are searching for the deepest secrets of human history, but he declines to participate with Biggs. Biggs and his team force Jack to come along.
  
  Biggs has underestimated Laura, Jack’s savvy daughter. She has never recovered from her mother Julie passing away, and so she will do everything within her power to not lose her father.
