    • Arrabal is the local word in Buenos Aires - used to define the people who live of the marginal shores in Buenos Aires.

      Buenos Aires 1890, the city is controlled by public corruption and the confrontation between bands provoke deaths and unrest. It’s in this context that the Powerful, owner of a refrigerating plant, commissions a snitch, the Tiralenguas, to find out the whereabouts of a man that they call The Hallowed who is revolutionizing his domain. His source of information is the gang of the so called Tuerto Maidana. During the course of the investigation the bands that live in the 4 corners of Buenos Aires undergrounds confront between them carrying out a systematic massacre. The passions and goals of each character keep transforming while the myth of the Hallowed is rooting and gaining strength. In the Arrabal nobody takes for granted that this mysterious character is real, or a popular illusion.
