    • Synopsis
    • 'Silent architectures. Dialogue between Antoni Bonet and Le Corbusier' features the Canòdrom of Meridiana: a rationalist building in Barcelona. For many years it was a meeting of residents and citizens. In 2006, it closed its doors. Since it is empty. The short film begins in the emptiness. We go around the spaces, the play of light and shadows, shapes and volumes, which echoes the sounds when it was open. Accompanying images, in the form of dialogue, the words of Le Corbusier. It thus establishes a dialogue between absence and presence, present and past, between Antoni Bonet and Le Corbusier.
This short is the pilot chapter of a series of 13 chapters on architectures in silence: buildings of architectural value that have lost their use and have remained empty.
