    • Synopsis
    • Wireless networks irradiate microwaves indiscriminately to cities, villages and countryside of all developed countries. This increasingly longer exposure seems to disturb the biological processes that are essential for human beings, animals and plants, for growing up and being healthy, as it especially affects children and teenagers.
An Invisible Threat looks at the causes and effects of the relationship between microwave technology and its risks to health and investigates the conflict of interest among different people related to microwave technology –industry representatives, politicians, scientists and consumers.
In the documentary, investigation is conducted by Mona Nilsson, a Swedish independent journalist, who has been studying this issue since 2002. In parallel, the documentary shows the daily life of Minerva Palomar, woman affected by the electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome and the obstacles she needs to overcome in order to lead a “normal” life.
