    • Synopsis
    • Downtown Manhattan. Early 90s. Two potent subcultures were colliding: Skateboarding and hip hop. This convergence created an urban style and visual language that would have an outsized and lasting cultural effect. The feature-length documentary "All the Streets Are Silent" brings to life the magic of that time period.
