- Synopsis
- Musical parable. The story takes place in the imaginary 1960s in an unidentified country in an invented fairy-tale world.
  In an old apartment building, on different floors, there live the Officer, the Girl Reporter, the Composer and an unusual boy called the Whistler. This boy perceives the world through music, and expresses his relationship with the world through beautiful whistling.
  For that, he is constantly berated and yelled at, “Don’t whistle, you will whistle all your money away!”
  For him, to stop whistling is to stop living. The only thing he wants in life is to find friends. But his neighbors don’t notice the boy and his music. They don’t realize that their blindness will seal their fate…
  
  Director’s notes
  Professional pilot guides the airplane with passengers up to the hill, a teenager shoots his classmates and teachers, A-student leaves everything and goes to fight for another country and religion... Society pushes them into it. And the society is us.
  Our film is about this. But it is not going to create the dark, preachy drama. This story, despite touching on serious themes, is light and filled with humor.
  This story shows how through small daily lies and slights, we shape the universes of people who surround us. Sometimes we don’t notice or understand how our actions can backfire on us.
