    • Synopsis
    • Susanna, a young and rich lady, was found mysteriously murdered in an abandoned hospital building. Strangely the dead body was dressed in a nurse uniform, with heavy make-up. Since the victim had left a huge legacy of ten billion dollars, Inspector Wayne (Simon YAM) who took charge of the case, started to investigate all the related trails and people including David (O.D.), Susanna’s husband and Vincent (CHEN Sicheng), the insurance agent. Subsequently, another rich lady was found dead at the beach also with cosplay dress-up and heavy make-up. She was murdered in the same way as Susanna, with her lungs seriously frostbitten but the murder weapon was still a mystery. However, the modus operandi suggested that these two murders were committed by a serial killer.
During the investigation, Wayne got to know Jeana (Vivian HSU), a common friend of the two victims and accidentally came across an old photograph where Jeana attended a “Cosplay” event together with the victims long time ago. To everyone’s astonishment, the dress-ups of both victims were exactly the same as when their dead bodies were found. This crucial finding had put Jeana in danger.
Upon further investigation, the police arrested Bill (WU Yue), a tailor specialized in making nostalgic “Cosplay” dresses, as the prime suspect. While Wayne thought the case would have come to an end, the third murder perpetrated. The victim was Rosa (Winnie LEUNG), Jeana’s sister-in-law. Wayne had run into a cul-de-sac.
In a cold storage, an ice piton was fiercely plunged on the picture of Jeana. Why did the killer target on Jeana and the other victims? What was the deep hatred between them? Who was the killer then …
