    • Synopsis
    • In 1921, Sneevliet, a functionary of the Communist International, and Nikolsky, a representative of the Russian Far Eastern Secretariat, secretly arrive in Shanghai to support the establishment of the Communist Party of China. Thirteen representatives from various provinces across China are being invited to come to Shanghai to establish the party. Despite their very different backgrounds, they are mostly in their twenties and are all inspired by the May Fourth Movement in 1919. Meanwhile, enemies are encroaching from all sides to thwart their plans. The delegates must act quickly before the secret agents break into their venue and disrupt everything.
