YQstudio, LLC is the production team of writer-director Li Cheng and writer-producer George F Roberson (they are the makers of "Jose" - a love story for a fragile world / from Guatemala: first Central America film ever presented at Venice film festival, and won Queer Lion award). YQstudio is a media cooperative based on artist-academic-advocate principles, focusing on international cinephiles and aesthetics and on timely dialogues in Asia, The Balkans, Latin America and Africa

Objective

we are seeking finance and production strategies, production partners, production countries, and/or co-producers for four (4) feature projects written by Li Cheng: social drama, social comment, surrealism, naturalism, resistance, inspiration - set in China, Latin America, India, The Balkans, North Africa, SE Asia
