THE FILM KITCHEN
Description
The Film Kitchen specializes in producing and co-producing feature films for the international market. It also produces short films and series for television for the national market. The production company cooperates closely with strong and experienced filmmakers as well as with young remarkable talents, nationally and internationally. The Film Kitchen develops and produces provocative art house films as well as feature films for a main stream audience.
Objective
The Film Kitchen started at January 1st 2016 with Ineke Kanters and Jan van der Zanden as producers. Before that time Van der Zanden was the CEO of Waterland Film, which was established in 1994. From January 1st 2016 onward The Film Kitchen is the owner of all finished film projects by Waterland Film, with the exclusion of three drama series for Dutch television, and all projects in development at Waterland Film.
