Description
Founded in 2012, Tekhne Film is an internationally oriented, independent film production company of Istanbul, Turkey. As the name suggests, the company is dedicated to develop, produce and co-produce unique, author-driven feature films of high quality content. With its experienced team, the company also provides finance development and production services for both domestic and foreign companies willing to shoot in Turkey.
Objective
Currently we are working on our second feature film project, an arthouse social drama, "LIKE A LIMBLESS TREE". The project has been selected to Berlinale Talents Project Market and Cinelink in 2019. We would like to build a minimum three-party co-production to finance the project. Our main goal for the Cannes Film Festival is to find new opportunities for financing our film, to meet potential co-production partners as well as sales agents, distributors and TV partners.
