Synapse is a Latin American film and TV distributor based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We license an average of 500 hours of content per year including feature films of all genres and TV series – live action and animated. Synapse’s acquisitions are financed by Bluemoon, a fund specialized in content acquisition, licensing receivables discounting and gap financing. At the end of 2018 Synapse merged with Sofa Digital, Latin America’s largest VOD aggregator.
