Shenzhen Media Group was formally established in June 28, 2004. It constituted by Shenzhen TV, Shenzhen Radio, Film Studios Radio and Television Transmission Center of Shenzhen City. The group also set up several companies: Tianwei Video Co. Ltd., Cultural industries (International) Exhibition Co. Ltd., Mobile Video Co. Ltd., SGH Media Co. Ltd., etc.
