Description
Rushes Inc. is an Indo - Canadian film and media production, headed by Rashmi Lamba who brings over four decades of experience in film and TV production, film festivals, advertising, event management, corporate and social communications. Rushes Inc. produced the acclaimed impact documentary, ‘Begumpura’ (The Wives Colony) for the OMNI Rogers Network in Canada. Currently, Rashmi is producing a documentary and mini-series, ‘Conversations Matter’ and ‘Devis, Damsels and Divas': Bollywood’s Women.
Objective
At Ventana Sur, Rashmi Lamba has been invited by Instituto+Mulheres as a Speaker to represent India at the Roundtable on "Context, Actions, and Advances in Women's Audiovisual Worldwide" under "Punto Género," an event dedicated to promoting and highlighting the works of women and non-binary individuals in Latin America. As a Producer, Rashmi is seeking Co-Production partners for her projects in development and can also facilitate any projects looking for co-production in India.
