Description
Quebec’s largest film festival dedicated to documentaries, the Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) presents the best of non-fiction films, including the works of established directors as well as new talents. The festival also features North America’s only bilingual documentary market, Forum RIDM. The 25th edition of RIDM will be held November 17-27, 2022 with Forum RIDM dates being Nov. 19-23, 2022.
Objective
Film prospection for festival programming, developing new filmmakers' careers through partnerships with Cannes Docs and other established partners and institutions, as well as growing Forum RIDM as an international documentary market.
