Description
Preta Portê Filmes was founded in 2009 by Juliana Vicente, with the aim of producing audiovisual projects that communicate with a plural market. In 2015, received four awards at the Cannes Film Festival. It has more than 20 short films, screened worldwide. In 2017,it launched the doc series Afronta! (Netflix). In 2022, released 4 feature films among them "Conversations With Ruth De Souza" and Racionais Mc’s - From the Streets of São Paulo to the World, a Netflix original.
