Among the most important in the world for its rich heritage and the diversity of its scientific and educational activities, The National Cinema Museum owes its uniqueness to its exhibition set-up. The Institution owns a Film Theatre which shows first releases, art films, a rich film archive program and constantly organises activities to gain a deeper knowledge and divulge past and current cinema, from silent films to contemporary productions with retrospective and events.
