Lotus-Film was founded in 1982. Since the beginning of the 90ies, Lotus-Film produced several movies for cinema and television and has worked with directors such as Barbara Albert, Michael Glawogger, Nathalie Borgers, Detlev Buck, Pepe and Didi Danquart, Andrea Maria Dusl, Max Gruber, Leander Haussmann, Peter Keglevic, Udo Maurer, Peter Payer, Robert A.Pejo, Goran Rebic, Gernot Roll, Ulrich Seidl and Götz Spielmann.Lotus-Film's credits include feature-films like “Nordrand”, “Blue Moon”, “Antares”, “The Cameramurderer” and “Slumming”, feature-length documentaries such as “Animal Love”, “Megacities”, “Workingman´s Death” and “Whores’ Glory”, as well as high quality TV-films (“Spiel im Morgengrauen”, “Love and Intrigue”) and international Co-productions (“A Specialist”, “Jew-Boy Levi” and “Kill Daddy Good Night”).
