Description
Over the past 15 years, Les Films du Poisson, founded by Yaël Fogiel and Laetitia Gonzalez, has displayed a strong commitment to an exacting and inspired kind of cinema. The company’s output has earned both popular and critical success and won a string of international awards – four César; Best Director and Caméra d’Or in Cannes; and the Jean Vigo, Louis Delluc and Toscan du Plantier awards. With four new features in production, and having built faithful relationships with renowned directors including Mathieu Amalric, Julie Bertuccelli and Emmanuel Finkiel, Les Films du Poisson is pursuing its role of discovering talent. Since 2006, under the guidance of associate producer Estelle Fialon, the company has been actively developing production of documentary films for both television and cinema.
