Description
Kundura Cinema is located in the boiler house of the famous former shoe factory Beykoz Kundura; today the heart of creative industry of Turkey. This site is a landmark of the Industrial Heritage in Istanbul and turned into a film studio. Kundura Cinema is the very first cultural cinema exhibition project of Turkey. It aims to screen specially curated film programmes. This curatorial practice is offering a conversational approach to its audience without differentiating genre or region.
