A Canal + Company is a leading-edge film distributor in Poland, active in the most important areas of distribution, such as cinema, video (DVD/Blu-ray), video on demand (VOD) and television. Apart from distribution, Kino Świat also produces and co-produces Polish and foreign films. In November 2019, CANAL+ Polska acquired the majority stake of Kino Świat, and the distributor became part of Vivendi global media concern.
