Description
Sean McConville and Stéphanie Joalland created FRENZY FILMS to produce the kind of elevated genre movies they love to watch: THE WITCH, LET THE RIGHT ONE IN, EX MACHINA, UNDER THE SKIN, BLUE RUIN, IT COMES AT NIGHT, IT FOLLOWS, and THE BABADOOK being great examples. Inspired by their UCLA Film education, they produce contained genre films combining the character-driven art-house sensibilities of European cinema with U.S. style plot-driven genre storytelling.
Objective
Development and completion of our slate of contained elevated genre films (supernatural horror and sci-fi).
