Description
FRANCO Films is a Production Company based in Rio de Janeiro and held by Ailton Franco Jr, that since 1992 produces films, theater and events. Ailton is also founder and director of the Rio de Janeiro International Short Film Festival - Curta Cinema and is also a producer of feature films, documentaries and fiction shorts. Some of the films he has produced was selected by festivals, as Cannes, Sundance, Berlin, Karlovy Vary, Festival do Rio, Toronto.
Objective
FRANCO Films is currently producing and developing new feature films, as OTHELO, O GRANDE, a documentary by Lucas H. Rossi (a biography on post-production), VENICE BEACH, CA, a documentary by Marion Naccache (post-production), CITY OF FUNK, a documentary by Sabrina Fidalgo (musical documentary - developing). We're also developing fiction feature films and Series. FRANCO also looking for new international coproductions held in Brazil.
