Description
The FilmFestival Cottbus has developed into the world´s leading festival of East European Cinema. Within three competition sections and numerous special sections, it presents a survey of contemporary fiction feature films and shorts from the Central and Eastern European region for both the industry audience and regular cinema goers, showing the diversity of cinema from arthouse to genre films The FilmFestival Cottbus presents seventeen awards, which are endowed with a total value of € 71,000.

The 34th FilmFestival Cottbus will take place 5th -10th November, 2024.
